Return & Refund Policy

At KylieMartin.com.au, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have outlined our return policy below to ensure a smooth and fair process.

14-Day Return Policy: We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return if you believe your item is faulty. Please note that we do not accept change of mind returns, so we encourage you to make mindful purchases and choose the correct product for your practice.

How to Request a Return or Exchange: For all return and exchange inquiries, please email us at creative@kyliemartin.com.au. Include your name, order number, and provide details of your query along with any supporting photos or videos. It is important to reach out to us before sending the item back, as returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Process: Upon receiving the returned item, we will carefully inspect it to ensure it is in perfect unused condition. Once the product passes our quality check, we will proceed with the refund process. Please note that our return policy covers defective products but does not include general wear and tear.

Quality Assurance and Fair Outcomes: We take great pride in the quality of our products, and we strive to address any issues you may have for a fair outcome. Our design and creation processes undergo rigorous quality checks to deliver excellence.

What is refundable

You can return products that are in the same condition as when they arrived at the original destination are returnable.  We accept returns for items that have not been used or damaged.

Please keep in mind that return shipping costs and order processing fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, while the shipping of the exchanged items will be at the customer’s expense.

Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

- For orders below $150, a Standard shipping flat rate of $9.95 will be charged, (excluding yoga mats)

Express Post* A flat rate of $14.95 per order Australia-wide (*excludes bulky or heavy items)

All products are packed with love by me, Kylie from my studio and will be shipped from my local town Karoonda, in South Australia by Australia Post which is our primary shipping service for all orders within Australia.

When choosing Standard or Express shipping, please note that by selecting these options, you agree that Kylie Martin will not be liable for any lost or stolen parcels delivered by the carrier, who will attempt to leave the package in a safe place.

In the event of any address mistakes, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs to the correct address.
